There are a lot of projects you can make with just a miter saw, using off the rack lumber.
A circular saw is most handy for breaking down big sheets of plywood into more manageable pieces.
A table saw is the most important tool in any workshop. It can make almost any type of cut you need.
What the tablesaw can’t do is cut curves. For that, you’ll need a jigsaw.
Get a drill for drilling holes and an impact driver for driving screws. These are often sold together. Get both.
You’re going to spend a lot of time smoothing out your projects. I recommend a random orbit sander to make sanding an easy and (relatively) quick process.
